Paramount Winter Guard, the flagship program of Paramount Performing Arts and a nonprofit organization based in Atlanta, GA, is proud to announce its 2023 program, "Drawn Together".

The program explores the complexity and mystery of the human experience, drawing inspiration from the classical tradition of sketching the human form. The performance showcases the human body's strength, grace, elegance, and vulnerability, highlighting the defining characteristics that allow us to feel wholly unique in the grand portrait of life.

Paramount World Winterguard will perform to "Swanlights" by Anohni (& The Johnsons) in the program. The ensemble will compete at the Winterguard International (WGI) Charlotte and Atlanta Regional, as well as the Southern Association for Performance Arts (SAPA) circuit contests. This year marks Paramount's 13th year of competition, and the organization is eager to share its latest program with audiences.

The organization, founded in 2011, has a long-standing tradition of excellence in the marching arts world. Led by Executive Director and Artistic Director Rick Subel and assisted by Ensemble Director/Director of Programs Andria Foerch, the organization's mission is to provide its members, volunteers, and staff with life-changing performance opportunities and and an education rich with discovery and team-oriented growth.

"We are proud to be part of the rich heritage of winter guard programs, and we are always looking for ways to push and grow the limits of what is possible with our program," said Rick Subel. "Our 2023 program is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our young artists and the support of our community."
