SAFETY & REPORTING
Our Commitment
PPA is committed to creating a safe and positive environment for all participants. To this end, the organization has revised its policies and instituted new ones to foster a community that treats all individuals with dignity and respect.
This includes requiring instructional staff to undergo national criminal history background checks, adding language to our policies and contract to disclose any situations that could disqualify participation, and implementing a new process for reporting concerns or misconduct.
With this, PPA hopes to promote a culture of transparency and accountability committed to the safety of our members.
Paramount Performing Arts (PPA) requires its board directors, employees, volunteers, and members to observe high standards of business and personal ethics in the conduct of their duties and responsibilities. Employees and representatives of PPA must practice honesty and integrity in fulfilling their responsibilities and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.
